MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Kevin gained his SIA Security Licence in 2010, at first to earn a few extra pounds. However, he very quickly acquired extensive knowledge experience in all fields of the security world. He has owned and run security businesses for many years now. Kevin’s knowledge and experience in running his own business is what brought him together with PHX Security. He now manages and directs PHX with a vision for constant growth and professionalism within the security industry. Kevin’s ethos and family values are huge assets to the company and help aid PHX’s 30 years of continued success. Kevin aspires to move the company and its employees forward with essential training and accreditations. He seeks to continue PHX’s reputation as being the best security provider in the area. Kevin also has a keen interest and a background in auto mechanics and has previously worked in the industry. With the countless miles our fleet cover, come wind, rain and snow, this interest more than comes in handy.

Kerry is Kevin’s wife and helps to manage the company. She dedicates herself to the success and growth of the company. Kerry has countless years of experience in finance and customer service and is an essential part of the company. She is invaluable for not only managing the accounts and the vetting process, but also to the service and management team. Kerry plays a crucial role in the open communication within the team because of her kind and caring nature. This also flows out to her personal time, where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at social events and gatherings. Kerry’s work ethic and organisation skills in the day to day running of the company is unmatched and provides positive guidance to the people around her

Rob has been in the security industry nearly 30 years, he has worked in pretty much every position within the electronic security industry throughout his tenure. Rob started his own business alongside his brother and business partner Samuel in 2015. The brothers soon realised that to truly protect a premises, there needed to be a mixture of electronic and physical security. With this in mind, Ultra-Vision purchased PHX Security in 2019 to enable the group to offer an all-in solution to their clients. Rob has been SIA badged and trained since the purchase of PHX and has done his fair share of guarding to enable him to learn and understand this side of the business. He believes this experience is essential to help direct the security group’s companies. 

Sam has been in the security industry for over 20 years and, much like his brother, has held most positions within the industry. Sam enjoys the technical side of the security business and heads up the group’s day to day running of electronic solutions and fault finding. Sam is extremely hard working, with great versatility. His main expertise lay within the technical aspects of the business. His knowledge within the electronic security business is hard to surpass. Sam has also done his fair share of guarding duties, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the running of the business. Sam has an excellent temperament, making his customer service second to none. 

Ashleigh is a security officer within the team but also joins the management team. Ashleigh constantly proves herself as a great all-rounder and team player, taking on many roles within the team. Ashleigh has a fantastic hard-working ethos, which she has no doubt picked up from role models within her family (Kerry and Kevin) and through her business A-level. She is consistently a hard-working, reliable and approachable manager. This has allowed her to achieve her goals both professionally and personally. One of Ashleigh’s best qualities is always thinking of others, whether that be during a team building day for the employees or organising a meal out for her family and friends. Ashleigh is living proof there are endless roles for females in the security industry.
