Where do you keep your valuables?

The most popular hiding place amongst the Brits is their sock draw! Confused.com conducted a survey and of those questioned 13 people said that their sock draw was their safe place of choice. This was followed by the top of the wardrobe, under the bed and under their sink. 51% of those questioned said they keep their valuables in vulnerable places even though they were aware that these places were obvious places for thieves to look. Even more surprising is that a fifth of those questioned had been victims of burglary themselves.
Reading the statistics of this poll, us Brits need to become more creative with the places that we store our valuable items, as the hiding places are the most obvious, and will most definitely be searched if your home is burgled.
